City Skydive is committed to the protection of your personal data. In this document, we aim to provide clear and transparent information about our privacy policy and how we handle personal data. We make every effort to safeguard your privacy. City Skydive adheres in all cases to the applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation.
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data City Skydive processes from its visitors, employees, job applicants, suppliers, customers or other interested parties. If you approach us, use our services, visit our website or provide personal data to City Skydive for any other reason, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data in line with this Privacy Policy.
For what purpose do we process data? When visiting City Skydive, the following personal data are processed:
- Name: for processing on flight list and certificate
- E-mail: for communicating and booking flight and handling media packages. With an Opt-in: can be chosen to be kept informed of mailings.
- Postcode: without house numbers: For marketing and target group research
- Health declaration: To determine whether someone is fit enough to fly
- Skills achieved: For obtaining the sports pilot certificate.
This data, unless otherwise specified by the guest, is deleted after one month. We also delete “on demand” data immediately.

Mollie processes: Guest name, guest payment details, amount. Account details City Skydive.

Stolwijk accountants processes: Personnel data, contracts, salaries, debtors, creditors.
Rabobank (www.rabobank.nl)
Rabobank pensions processes: Personnel data, pensions data.
Youtube (www.youtube.com)
Youtube processes guest videos, without name, byname and email address.
Dropbox (www.dropbox.com)
Dropbox processes the guest photos, without name, surname and e-mail address
Mailchimp (www.mailchimp.com)
Mailchimp processes our opt-in email addresses to do mailings with.
iCareIT (www.icareit.nl)
iCareIT manages the local servers, computers, infrastructure and NAS.
